摘要
随着珠江流域社会和经济的迅速发展,水资源供需矛盾日益突出,构建一套珠江流域水资源调度大数据指标体系迫在眉睫。在二元水循环理论指导下,采用层次分析和信息资源规划方法,确定珠江流域防洪安全、发电安全、供水安全、压咸安全、航运安全和生态安全六大目标,对物联网环境下珠江流域水资源调度中水文气象、水位流量、水质水生态等实测信息和人文经济、生态环境、洪水灾害数据、互联网数据等辅助信息进行大数据融合,划分压力项、状态项、响应项的各项指标,建立了基于"压力-状态-响应(Pressure-State-Response,PSR)"模型的珠江流域水资源调度大数据指标体系,为珠江流域水资源管理和调度提供决策依据。
With the rapid development of society and economy in Pearl River Basin, the contradiction between water supply and demand is increasingly serious. Therefore, it is urgent to construct a set of big data index system for water resources scheduling in Pearl River Basin. Under the guidance of binary water cycle theory, and based on analytic hierarchy process and information resource planning method, this paper determines the six goals, i.e. flood control, power generation, water supply, saltwater resistance, shipping and ecological security in Pearl River Basin, and fuses the measured data such as hydrometeorology, stage-discharge, water quality and water ecology during water resources scheduling in the Pearl River Basin under the condition of the Internet of Things and auxiliary information such as humanity and economy, ecological environment, flood disaster and Internet, classifies all indexes of the pressure term, state term and response term, and establishes the big data index system of water resources scheduling in Pearl River Basin based on "Pressure-State-Response(PSR)"model, which provides a decision basis for water resources management and scheduling in Pearl River Basin.
