摘要 针对较多高校实验室的电源产品存在显示信息单一、损坏率高、维修成本高和过载保护效果较差等问题,设计了一种结构简单、参数优良、模块拼接式的实验室用高效线性直流稳压电源.该电源实现模块化拼接安装,包含大功率电路、LCD12864显示、控制电路和按键旋钮参数输入电路,各模块电路接口简洁,维修方便.该电源可以实现输出电压在0~25 V线性可调,最大输出电流为5 A,纹波在5 mV左右,电压调整率在0.2%以下.设置了多重软硬件过载保护,性能稳定;实现软件换档,相比传统硬件换挡性价比更高,降低外界干扰导致的误换挡.性能参数高于现有同价位产品,具有一定的理论和实际应用价值. In view of the problems of single display information,high damage rate,high maintenance cost and poor overload protection effect of power supply products in many university laboratories,an efficient linear DC stabilized power supply with simple structure,good parameters and module splicing was designed.The power supply realizes modular splicing installation,including high-power circuit,LCD12864 display,control circuit and button knob parameter input circuit.The circuit interface of each module is simple and easy to maintain.The output voltage can be linearly adjustable from 0 to 25 V,the maximum output current is 5 A,the ripple is about 5 mV,and the voltage adjustment rate is below 0.2%.The power supply contains multiple hardware and software overload protection with stable performance;as software shift is achieved,compared with the traditional hardware shift,it is cost-effective and reduces the error shift caused by external interference.The performance parameters are higher than the existing products at the same price,which has certain theoretical and practical value.
