摘要
本文针对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV材料氮化表面磨削容易出现麻点问题,通过对渗氮方法、径向进给量、磨削余量3个因素进行对比试验。对不同状态下的磨削表面进行表面微观形貌分析,检测不同条件下对零件表面质量、硬度、表面粗糙度等指标,得出最优零件氮化工艺以及磨削参数。
The nitriding surface grinding of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV material was prone to pitting problems.The nitriding method,radial feed and grinding allowance were compared.The surface microstructure of the grinding surface under different conditions was analyzed.The parameters of the surface quality,hardness and roughness of the parts under different conditions were detected.
