摘要
BART miRNA是EBV编码的miRNA前体经选择剪切的产物,能够通过影响病毒自身或宿主基因表达,发挥癌基因或抑癌基因作用,参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、生长、凋亡及转移的调控,或是影响肿瘤放化疗的效果,以及影响筛查和预后。miR-BARTs在所有潜伏类型的EBV中均有表达,但在NPC细胞系中表达最显著,表明miR-BARTs与NPC的发生发展有关。阐明miR-BART在NPC中的作用机制对于NPC的筛查、诊断以及治疗等方面的临床实践均具有指导意义。
BART miRNAs are a set of alternatively-splicing transcripts of EBV-encoded miRNA precursors,which affect the expression of EBV or host gene as oncogene or tumor suppressor gene.BART miR s participate in the regulation of tumor cell proliferation,growth,apoptosis and metastasis,which may affect the curative effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,as well as screening and prognosis of cancer.MiR BARTs can express in all latent types of EBV,but are most prominent in NPC cell lines,suggesting that miR-BARTs are involved in the development of NPC.To elucidate the mechanism of action of miR-BARTs in NPC is of guiding significance for the clinical practice of NPC screening,diagnosis and treatment.
