鼻咽癌组织中FoxM1和VEGF表达及临床意义 被引量：3

Expression of FoxM1 and VEGF in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 [目的]探讨叉头框转录因子(FoxM1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在鼻咽癌和鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织中的表达,并分析两者表达的相关性及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测FoxM1和VEGF在48例鼻咽癌组织和20例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织中的表达,分析其与鼻咽癌临床病理参数间的关系。[结果](1)FoxM1和VEGF在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为89.6%和91.7%,均高于对照组(50.0%和55.0%,P均<0.01)。(2)FoxM1和VEGF的阳性表达与鼻咽癌的T分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。(3)鼻咽癌组织中FoxM1和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.485,P<0.05)。[结论]FoxM1和VEGF共同参与了鼻咽癌的发生和发展过程。
