摘要 标准化在生产加工领域食品安全监管过程中具有重要作用。本文以我国食品质量安全标准监管进程为基础,探讨标准化在生产加工领域食品安全监管过程中的重要作用,采取切实、可行的应用措施,以达到强化食品安全监管、提升食品安全监管工作科学性、有效性的目的。 Food safety has always been the most concerned issue of people. Food safety in life is not only closely related to everyone, but also an important guarantee for the development of a country. If there are problems in food quality and safety, the consequences will be unimaginable. As the source of food, the field of production and processing needs strict supervision. Therefore, standardization in the field of production and processing food safety It plays an important role in the process of supervision. Based on the analysis of the supervision process of China’s food quality and safety standards, this paper discusses the important role of standardization in the process of food safety supervision in the field of production and processing, and obtains practical and feasible application measures, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening food safety supervision and improving the scientificity and effectiveness of food safety supervision.
