摘要
以腹板带贯穿型裂纹的过焊孔细节为对象,研究焊接细节应力强度因子的参数敏感性。基于ANSYS建立了三维断裂力学有限元模型,采用四分之一节点位移法分析了裂纹前缘各点的应力强度因子,探究了几何参数和裂纹长度对其影响规律。研究结果表明:1)裂纹前缘各点的应力强度因子受焊脚尺寸的影响较小;2)裂纹前缘各点的应力强度因子随腹板板厚的增加而逐渐减小,且影响显著;3)裂纹前缘各点的应力强度因子随翼缘板板厚、过焊孔半径和裂纹长度的增加而逐渐增大,且影响显著。
In order to explore the parameter sensitivity of stress intensity factor of welded details,the cope-hole welded detail with through-cracks in web was selected as objects.The finite element model of three-dimensional fracture mechanics for this welded detail was established by ANSYS.The stress intensity factors of each node at the crack front were analyzed by one-quarter node displacement method.Then the influence of geometrical dimension parameters and crack length on the stress intensity factor was investigated.The results showed that 1)The stress intensity factors of each node at the crack front are less affected by the weld toe size;2)The stress intensity factors of each node at the crack front decreases with the increase of web thickness,and the effect are remarkable;3)The stress intensity factors of each node at the crack front rise with the increase of flange thickness,cope-hole radius and crack length,and the effect are significant.
