摘要
旋转机械设备在使用过程中,其中滚动轴承发生故障的频率比较大,发生故障之后造成的后果将比较严重,当发生故障时,需要及时的判断出旋转机械设备中滚动轴承是否发生故障,发生故障为何处,所以文章通过振动信号来判断滚动轴承是否发生故障的方法进行研究。首先通过SSA-VMD算法将振动信号进行划分为很多的窄带子信号,然后通过形态学分形维数对这些小的信号进行特征提取,最后通过ABCELM算法得出滚动轴承是否发生故障。该方法能够比较有效的得出滚动轴承发生故障的位置,其判断准确率可达98.9%。
During the use of rotating machinery,the frequency of rolling bearing failure is relatively large.The consequences after failure will be serious.When a fault occurs,it is necessary to judge in time whether the rolling bearing in the rotating mechanical device is faulty,and the fault occurs in that place,so the paper uses the vibration signal to judge whether the rolling bearing has a fault or not.Firstly,the vibration signal is divided into many narrow-band sub-signals by SSA-VMD algorithm,and then these small signals are extracted by morphological fractal dimension.Finally,the ABC-ELM algorithm is used to determine whether the rolling bearing is faulty.The method can eSectively obtain the position where the rolling bearing fails,and the judgment accuracy rate can reach 98.9%.
