摘要
目的分析研究基于临床案例学习的教学模式(CBL)联合以问题为导向教学法(PBL)的教学模式在骨科学专业型研究生临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年3-7月在该院骨科进行实习的研究生,共40名,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组两组,各20名(n=20)。其中对照组实习研究生采用传统教学模式进行带培指导工作,观察组研究生则采用临床案例学习联合以问题为导向教学法的教学模式进行带培指导工作。实习结束后对两组实习生的学习效果和成绩进行分析对比。结果实习结束后观察组实习生基础知识成绩、理论操作成绩以及所掌握的能力均优于对照组实习生,且差异统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科学专业研究生临床教学过程中,采用PBL联合CBL教学法能够提高学生理论和实操能力,增加学生技能掌握量,锻炼其思维和沟通能力。
Objective To analyze the application value of the teaching model based on clinical case learning(CBL) combined with the problem-oriented teaching method(PBL) in the clinical teaching of postgraduates majoring in orthopedics.Methods From March to July 2019, a total of 40 postgraduates internship in orthopedics in the hospital were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 20 people in each group(n=20). Among them, the graduate students in the control group use the traditional teaching mode to carry out the guidance work, while the observation group graduate students use the clinical case study combined with the problem-oriented teaching method to conduct the work. After the internship, the study results and results of the two groups of intern were analyzed and compared. Results After the internship, the observation group’s basic knowledge scores, theoretical operation scores, and acquired abilities were better than those of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching process of postgraduates in orthopedics, the use of PBL combined with CBL teaching method can improve students’ theoretical and practical ability, increase students’ skills mastery, exercise their thinking and communication skills.
