摘要
目的探讨中医辨识痰湿体质与平和体质者的血脂水平是否有差异。方法于该院2019年1-5月接受中医体质辨识调查的患者中随机抽取痰湿体质和平和体质者,各30例,分析比较两组人群的血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的水平。结果平和体质者血清中的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C分别为(3.47±0.81)mmol/L、(1.34±0.29)mmol/L、(1.87±0.71)mmol/L、(1.68±0.34)mmol/L,痰湿体质者血清中的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C分别为(5.51±0.79)mmol/L、(2.37±0.36)mmol/L、(3.65±0.48)mmol/L、(1.15±0.21)mmol/L,两组血脂水平比较可知,痰湿体质者血清中TC、TG、LDL-C的水平均高于平和体质者(P<0.001),而HDL-C平和体质者的水平明显高于痰湿体质者(t=7.264,P<0.001);痰湿体质者的BMI相较于平和体质者更高(t=5.710,P<0.001),平和体质的腰围低于痰湿体质者(P<0.001)。结论痰湿体质与平和体质者的血脂水平有差异,且痰湿体质者的血脂水平相较于平和体质者更高。
Objective To explore whether there are differences in blood lipid levels between patients with phlegm-dampness constitution and those with calm constitution. Methods In the hospital, 30 patients with phlegm-dampness constitution and 30 patients with peace constitution were randomly selected. The levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C and HDLC were analyzed and compared between the two groups from January to May 2019. Results The serum levels of TC, TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were(3.47±0.81)mmol/L,(1.34±0.29)mmol/L,(1.87±0.71)mmol/L and(1.68±0.34)mmol/L, respectively,in patients with mild constitution. The serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in patients with phlegm-dampness constitution were(5.51±0.79)mmol/L,(2.37±0.36)mmol/L,(3.65±0.48)mmol/L and(1.15±0.21)mmol/L, respectively. The serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in subjects with phlegm-dampness constitution were higher than those in subjects with phlegm-dampness constitution(P<0.001), while the serum levels of HDL-C in subjects with phlegm-dampness constitution were significantly higher than those in subjects with phlegm-dampness constitution(t =7.264, P <0.001). Subjects with phlegm-dampness constitution had higher BMI(t=5.710,P<0.001) and lower waist circumference than subjects with phlegmdampness constitution(P<0.001). Conclusion The blood lipid level of phlegm-dampness constitution is different from that of peaceful constitution, and the blood lipid level of phlegm-dampness constitution is higher than that of peaceful constitution.
