摘要
本文就热风阀阀杆电镀层脱落、基体腐蚀问题,通过腐蚀产物SEM形貌分析,认为管道中酸性介质直接导致阀杆基体腐蚀。为预防腐蚀发生,对阀杆电镀层质量提出了严格的技术要求,尤其是电镀层无孔隙要求,采取了相应质量保证措施,解决了电镀层脱落及阀杆腐蚀问题。
Based on the SEM morphology analysis of the hot blast valve stem electroplating falling off and corrosion,it is concluded that the acid medium in the pipeline directly leads to the corrosion of stem matrix. In order to prevent corrosion,strict technical requirements and the electroplating quality of the valve stem are requested especially the requirement of no pores in the electroplating. Corresponding quality assurance measures are taken to solve the problem of electroplating falling off and valve stem corrosion.
