摘要
介绍了成型塑件时采用滑块二次抽芯结构,通过应用UG NX软件对塑件及模具结构进行分析,展示了整副模具的三维模式,确认无误后再进行模具制造。实践证明:模具结构设计简单合理化,降低了制造成本,提高了成型塑件的品质。
The secondary core-pulling structure with slider was introduced for moulding plastics,the structure of plastic part and mould was analyzed by using the UG NX software.The mould structure was designed reasonable and simple.
