摘要
通过对不锈钢制件多次拉深成形时模具零件上产生粘结瘤的研究,论述了多次拉深模防粘结瘤方案的选择以及具体的模具结构设计。试验结果表明,对于不锈钢制件多次拉深成形,拉深模采用铝青铜TS4材料或进行TD表面处理,对防止粘结瘤的产生具有显著效果。
By studying the die parts to prevent seizing tumourin the drawing process of stainless steel with several times,the scheme selection and die design were discussed.According to the experiment,it was effective for avoiding seizing tumours by using aluminium bronze TS4 and thermal diffusion carbide coating process.
