摘要
目的研究和分析医院药学管理中品管圈的应用和探索,以此为医院药学管理水平的提高奠定良好的基础。方法将该院医药部工作人员在2018年7月—2019年7月之间的工作状态作为主要研究内容,在所有的工作人员随机选择60名进行研究,并对研究对象实施品管圈管理措施,管理措施实行的时间为1年,同时,在品管圈管理应用的过程中,采取观察分析和对比的方法,对管理活动实施前后工作人员的摆药、制剂、配方等工作的时间进行观察,与此同时对工作人员的差错率进行计算,对比实行品管圈管理前后差错率的发生情况。另外对药方的设计方案、药学咨询中患者的咨询次数以及相关会诊的次数等进行详细的统计,通过对比,总结出在药学管理中采取品管圈的效果。结果通过研究分析得知,在药学管理中使用品管圈管理之前,工作人员配方、制剂以及摆药的时间分别是(11.78±2.01)min/次、(7.99±0.22)min/次、(12.03±2.33)min/次,品管圈管理后各方面的时间为配方(8.66±1.45)min/次、制剂(8.22±0.49)min/次、摆药(10.34±20.9)min/次,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且管理活动后工作人员的工作质量明显高于活动前工作质量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药学管理中,合理使用品管圈管理,能够有效提高工作人员的工作效率和质量,具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the application and exploration of quality control circle in hospital pharmaceutical management,so as to lay a good foundation for the improvement of hospital pharmaceutical management.Methods The working status of the staff of the Department of Medicine of the hospital between July 2018 and July 2019 was taken as the main research content.60 staff were randomly selected from all staff for research,and quality control circle management measures were implemented for the research subjects.The implementation time of the management measures is one year.At the same time,in the process of quality control circle management application,observation,analysis and comparison methods are adopted to observe the staff's time of placing medicines,preparations and formulas before and after the implementation of management activities.At the same time,the error rate of the staff is calculated,and the occurrence of the error rate before and after the implementation of the quality control circle management is compared.In addition,detailed statistics are made on the design of the prescription,the number of consultations of patients in the pharmacy consultation,and the number of related consultations.Through comparison,the effects of adopting the quality control circle in pharmacy management are summarized.Results Through research and analysis,it was known that before the use of quality control circle management in pharmaceutical management,the time of staff formulas,preparations and drug placement were(11.78±2.01)min/times,(7.99±0.22)min/times,(12.03±2.33)min/times,and quality control time in all aspects after the management of the circle was the formula(8.66±1.45)min/times,the preparation(8.22±0.49)min/times,and the medicine(10.34±20.9)min/times.There was a siatistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05),and after the management activities,the quality of staff's work was significantly higher than that before the event,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational use of QC management in hospital pharmaceutical management can effectively improve the work efficiency and quality of staff,and has good application value.
