摘要
目的探讨医疗纠纷案例分析结合PBL模式在骨科临床教学中的应用价值。方法抽取2018年1—12月时段内在该院骨科实习的学生60例作为研究对象,根据不同的临床教学模式,将60名分为两组,即对照组30名、观察组30名。对照组用常规教学,观察组用医疗纠纷案例分析结合PBL模式教学,对比两组实习生临床技能成绩、理论知识成绩、教学满意度。结果实习生理论知识、临床技能成绩相比:观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学满意度相比:观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗纠纷案例分析结合PBL模式用于骨科临床教学中,既可提高学生综合能力,又能提高实习生教学满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of medical dispute case analysis combined with PBL model in clinical teaching of orthopedics.Methods 60 cases of students who were interned in orthopedics in the hospital during the period from January to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to different clinical teaching models,60 cases were divided into two groups,namely,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The control group used routine teaching,the observation group used medical dispute case analysis combined with PBL teaching,and compared the clinical skills scores,theoretical knowledge scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results Comparing the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of interns:the observation group was higher than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction was compared:the observation group was higher than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case analysis of medical disputes combined with PBL model in clinical teaching of orthopedics can not only improve the comprehensive ability of students,but also improve the teaching satisfaction of interns.
