摘要 近年食物过敏人群数量逐年增长(目前患病率可高达10%),其中以婴幼儿为主。过敏原能够诱发机体产生过敏反应且种类繁多,包括吸入性过敏原、食入性过敏原、接触性过敏原。婴儿早期致敏原多为食物,而后期则以吸入性过敏原为主。该篇文章旨在通过对儿童食物过敏的定义、发病机制、危险因素、诊治方法等方面介绍,以期在临床工作中对儿童食物过敏疾病的预防及治疗做指导。 In recent years,the number of people with food allergies has increased year by year(currently,the prevalence rate can be as high as 10%),of which infants and young children are the main.Allergens can induce allergic reactions in the body and there are many types,including inhaled allergens,ingested allergens,and contact allergens.Infants are mostly food allergens in the early stages,while inhalation allergens are the main ones in the later stages.This article aims to introduce the definition,pathogenesis,risk factors,diagnosis and treatment methods of food allergy to children,in order to guide the prevention and treatment of food allergy diseases in children in clinical work.
