摘要
目的探究拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗重度妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法选取该院2017年2月-2019年7月期间收治的53例重度妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照治疗方法分成参考组(予以硫酸镁+硝苯地平治疗,26例)、实验组(予以硫酸镁+硝苯地平+拉贝洛尔治疗,27例)。比较、分析两组治疗前后血压水平、24 h尿蛋白含量、微量白蛋白含量及母婴结局等。结果治疗后,相较于参考组,实验组舒张压(81.26±10.02vs 91.63±9.10)mmHg、收缩压(132.37±18.70 VS 148.13±17.93)mmHg、24 h尿蛋白含量(0.72±0.10 vs 0.84±0.22)g、mALB水平(7.92±1.50 vs 13.24±2.58)mg/L更低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.947、3.132、2.539、9.131,P=0.000、0.003、0.014、0.000,P<0.05)。结论予以重度妊娠期高血压患者硝苯地平、拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗效果颇佳,可有效缓解患者症状,且安全性高,更利于产后母婴结局,值得临床大力推广及应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of labelol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods 53 patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension who were treated in the hospital from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into a reference group(treated with magnesium sulfate + nifedipine, 26 cases) and an experimental group(treated with magnesium sulfate + nifedipine + labelol, 27 cases) according to the treatment method. The blood pressure levels, 24 h urine protein content, microalbumin content, and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the reference group, the diastolic blood pressure(81.26±10.02 vs 91.63±9.10) mmHg, systolic blood pressure(132.37±18.70 vs 148.13±17.93) mmHg, and 24 h urine protein content(0.72±0.10 vs 0.84±0.22) g, mALB level(7.92±1.50 vs 13.24±2.58) mg/L, lower, there was a statistical difference(t=3.947, 3.132, 2.539, 9.131, P=0.000, 0.003, 0.014, 0.000, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of nifedipine and labelol combined with magnesium sulfate in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension is quite effective, it can effectively alleviate the symptoms of the patient, and it has high safety, which is more conducive to the postpartum maternal and infant outcome.
