摘要
介绍了一种利用LabVIEW语言设计的基于虚拟仪器的模糊PID控制系统在恒压供水中的应用。利用LabVIEW的模糊逻辑工具箱(Fuzzy Logic for G Toolkit)设计模糊自适应PID控制器,由于其较高的稳定性和自动优化能力,既能提高系统供水的保障性,又达到了节能的效果。同时该系统能够实现水压的在线监测和动态分析,并将数据自动保存成表格,可以通过对每天的水压数据分析处理,来不断地改进和优化系统。
Introduces the application of a fuzzy PID control system based on virtual instrument designed by using LabVIEW language in constant pressure water supply..Because of its high stability and automatic optimization ability,it can not only improve the system water supply supportability but also achieve the energy saving.At the same time,the system can realize the on-line monitoring and dynamic analysis of water pressure,and automatically save the data into tables,which can be changed continuously by analyzing and processing the daily water pressure data.
