摘要
近百年来人类一直对大自然进行不懈的探索,探究大自然的奥秘.在户外探险活动中,领队是探险团队成功、安全地完成探险目标和任务的至关重要的因素.户外探险具有的高风险性、群体性、复杂性和历时时间长的特点,决定了领队需要具有特定的能力集合.科学界定户外探险领导力的概念,剖析概念的内涵,进一步探讨户外探险领导力提升路径,为提高我国户外探险领导力的理论研究奠定基础.
For the past 100 years, mankind has been unremittingly exploring nature, exploring the mysteries of nature. In outdoor adventure activities, the leader is a vital factor for the expedition team to successfully and safely complete the expedition goals and missions. The characteristics of high risk, groupness, complexity and long duration of outdoor adventure determine that the leader needs to have a specific set of capabilities. Scientific definition of the concept of outdoor adventure leadership, analysis of the connotation of the concept, and further explore ways to enhance outdoor exploration leadership lay the foundation for theoretical research to improve China’s outdoor adventure leadership.
