摘要
目的对舒适护理应用在老年疝气手术患者中的应用效果进行观察。方法在该院方便选取2018年1月—2019年1月收治的100例行手术治疗的老年疝气患者,并随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。常规治疗与常规护理予以对照组患者,常规治疗与舒适护理予以观察组患者,并对两组老年疝气患者护理后的不良反应发生率、护理满意度以及在护理前后的心理情绪进行比较。结果8.00%为观察组患者的不良反应发生率,而24.00%为对照组患者的不良反应发生率,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.762,P=0.029);96.00%为观察组患者的护理满意度,而84.00%为对照组患者的护理满意度,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.427,P=0.000);护理后,观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分分别是(40.9±4.2)分和(40.9±5.1)分,对照组患者的SAS和SDS评分分别是(47.9±3.9)分和(46.1±5.4)分,两组患者的评分都有所下降,但是相对于对照组患者而言,观察组患者在护理后的焦虑和抑郁分值下降幅度较大,差异有统计学意义(t=8.880、4.612,P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用在老年疝气手术患者中可以显著改善老年患者的心理情绪,增加老年患者的护理满意度,并有效的降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing in elderly patients undergoing hernia surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,100 elderly patients with hernia were convenient randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with routine treatment and comfort nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and psychological emotion before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results 8.00%was the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group,while 24.00%was the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group.It can be seen that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(χ2=4.762,P=0.029);96.00%was the nursing satisfaction of the observation group,while 84.00%was the nursing of the control group.Physical satisfaction,we can see that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(χ2=9.427,P=0.000).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(40.9±4.2)points and(40.9±5.1)points,respectively,and the SAS and SDS scores of the control group patients were(47.9±3.9)points and(46.1±5.4)points,respectively.The scores of the two groups of patients decreased,but compared with the patients in the control group,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group decreased significantly after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.880,4.612,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the elderly patients with hernia can significantly improve the mental mood of the old patients,increase the nursing satisfaction of the old patients,and effectively reduce the incidence of the adverse reactions.
