摘要
目的:初步研究罗勒子中微量元素含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体—原子发射光谱法(ICPAES)测定了维药罗勒子中各矿质元素的含量。结果:维药罗勒子中人体必需的微量元素含量较高,尤其是P、Ca、Mg、Fe、Al和Sr元素的含量比较丰富。检测方法的回收率在93.0%~105.0%之间。结论:罗勒子作为维吾尔民药及中药具有较高的药用价值。
Objective:A preliminary study of trace elements in basil.Methods:Using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry-(ICP-AES)as a method,the mineral element contents were determined in Uygur medicine basil.Oil fat was tested by Pharmacopoeia method.Results:Uygur medicine basil was of higher levels of essential trace element,especially P,Ca,Mg,Fe,Al and Sr.Recoveries were between 93.0%and 105.0%.Conclusion As a Uyhur people medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,basil has a high medicinal value.
