摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白90α(HSP90α)、凋亡促进因子Bax(Bax)及凋亡抑制因子Bcl-2(Bcl-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及意义。方法选取2012年1月至2017年12月该院保存的NSCLC组织110例(NSCLC组),同时选取肺良性病变组织100例作为对照组,采用免疫组化染色法检测HSP90α、Bax和Bcl-2表达。结果NSCLC组HSP90α和Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为73.64%和55.45%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而Bax蛋白阳性表达率为42.73%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);III期、有淋巴结转移患者HSP90α蛋白阳性表达率分别为95.24%和91.11%,明显高于I^II期、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);肿瘤直径>3 cm患者Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率为73.44%,明显高于肿瘤直径≤3 cm患者(P<0.05);中低分化患者Bax蛋白阳性表达率为21.43%,明显低于高分化患者(P<0.05);NSCLC组织HSP90α和Bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.626,P<0.05),Bax与HSP90α和Bcl-2表达呈负相关(rs=-0.609和-0.594,P<0.05)。结论NSCLC组织HSP90α和Bcl-2呈高表达,而Bax呈低表达,相关因子表达水平与肿瘤分期、大小及是否发生淋巴结转移具有一定的相关性。
【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of heat shock protein 90α(HSP90α),Bcl2-associated X protein(Bax)and B cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).【Methods】One hundred and ten cases of NSCLC tissue preserved in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were selected as NSCLC group,100 cases of benign lung lesions were selected as the control group,and the expression of HSP90α,Bax and Bcl-2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.【Results】The positive expression rates of HSP90αand Bcl-2 protein in NSCLC group were 73.64%and 55.45%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the positive rate of Bax protein was 42.73%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the positive expression rates of HSP90αprotein in patients in stage III with lymph node metastasis were 95.24%and 91.11%,which were significantly higher than those in stage I to II without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of Bcl-2 protein in patients with tumor diameter>3 cm was 73.44%,which was significantly higher than that in patients with tumor diameter≤3cm(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of Bax protein in moderately or poorly differentiated patients was 21.43%,which was significantly lower than that in patients with high differentiation(P<0.05);there was a positive correlation between the expression of HSP90αand the expression of Bcl-2 protein in NSCLC(rs=0.626,P<0.05);Bax were negatively correlated with the expression of HSP90αand Bcl-2(rs=-0.609 and-0.594,P<0.05).【Conclusion】HSP90αand Bcl-2 in NSCLC tissues are highly expressed,while Bax expression is low,which may play an important role in the development of disease.
