摘要
肛周脓肿发病过程均存在正邪斗争不断变化的阶段,依据机体邪正的不同态势可分为邪正相持、邪盛正衰、正虚邪恋三个阶段,采用托法序贯治疗,初期消托、散托以解毒散结,消散瘀滞,方以仙方活命饮加减;中期透托以托毒溃脓,逐瘀生新,方以透脓散加减;后期补托以扶正和络,化瘀生新,方以托里消毒散加减。临床应用中,托法序贯治疗肛周脓肿具有圆机活法、因势利导的特点,在缓解症状、减少分泌物、促进伤口愈合等方面效果较好,且方法安全,中医特色突出,值得推广应用。
The pathogenesis of perianal abscess has a period of constant change between the struggle of immunity and disease.According to the different situations of the immunity and disease,it can be divided into three stages:early disease,disease progression and later disease.Supporting manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine can be used throughout the disease.In the early stage of the dispelling,Xianfang Huoming Decoction is used to anti-inflammatory and make blood circulation.In the middle of the disease,Tou Nong Powder is used to help the wound cleanse and remove carrion.In the later stages of the disease,Tuoli Xiaodu Powder is used to promote wound healing and improve immunity.It can be believe that in clinical application,supporting manipulation sequential treatment is used to treated the whole of perianal abscess,have the characteristics of comprehensive,flexible and fast.And supporting manipulation sequential treatment has a good effect on relieving symptoms,reducing secretions,and promoting wound healing.It is safe and has the obvious characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.So it is worthy of promotion and application.
