摘要
[目的/意义]科学、客观地对服务质量进行评价,有助于高校图书馆相关工作的持续改进,从而为人才培养、科学研究工作提供强有力的支撑。[方法/过程]利用偏序集理论,建立了高校图书馆服务质量评价模型。首先选定了服务质量评价指标集,利用18所高校图书馆实际数据,通过因子分析法确定了评价指标权重顺序,然后基于偏序集构造Hasse图,最后通过对Hasse图的分析实现对高校图书馆服务质量的评价。[结果/结论]该评价模型可以有效克服传统评价方法受主观因素干扰大的不足,为高校图书馆服务质量评价提供了新思路。
[Purpose/significance]Evaluating library service quality scientifically and objectively is helpful to the continuous improvement of university library related work thus providing a strong support for the personnel training and scientific research work of universities.[Method/process]The paper uses partially ordered set theory to establish service quality evaluation model of university library.Firstly the evaluation index set of service quality is selected and the weight order of evaluation index is determined by factor analysis on the basis of the actual data of 18 university libraries.Then Hasse diagram is constructed based on partially ordered set.Finally the service quality evaluation of university library is realized by analyzing Hasse diagram.[Result/conclusion]The evaluation model can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods which are greatly disturbed by subjective factors and provide a new idea for the service quality evaluation of university libraries.
