摘要 随着移动互联网和数字技术快速发展,传统企业进行数字化转型已逐渐成为趋势。企业数字化转型中,企业组织形态由传统的科层制向平台化方向变革,形成"后台+中台+前端+生态"的平台商业模式。本研究从理论角度讨论了企业数字化转型中组织形态变革的原因,并描述了平台商业模式下中国企业组织形态的现状。在"后台+中台+前端+生态"的组织形态中,企业拥有多样化的前端,用于横向协调的稳定中台、支撑前端和中台运转的职能化的后台,以及由前端和外部利益相关者、从业者构成的生态体系。 With the rapid development of mobile internet and digital technology,an increasing number of traditional companies are undergoing digital transformation.The digital transformation of enterprises has transformed the organizational structure of the company from a traditional bureaucracy to a platform shape,constituting a platform business model of"backstage supporter+mid-platform+front-end+ecology".This paper discusses the reasons why enterprises adapt platform business model in digital transformation and describes the current situation of organizational forms in China.In the organization forms of"backstage supporter+mid-platform+front-end+ecology",an enterprise usually has diverse front-ends,a steady mid-platform for coordinating,a backstage supporter supporting the operating of frontends and mid-platform and ecology consist of various external stakeholders and participants.
