摘要
民族教材编写队伍是推进民族教材事业发展的重要力量。在长期发展中,民族教材编写队伍规模日益壮大、专业化与专职化水平显著提升,为民族教材建设和民族教育事业的发展作出了重要贡献。梳理历时发展脉络、分析当前队伍现状,可发现当前民族教材编写队伍存在着人员构成单一、梯次配备不够合理等结构层面问题,以及研究水平相对薄弱、职业发展空间相对狭窄等发展层面问题。面对新时期民族教材建设的新要求,相关主管部门仍需进一步强化政策保障、优化人才引入机制,各个民族教材机构也应不断加强编写队伍思想建设、提升队伍专业化建设水平,以更好地推进民族教材事业不断前行。
The compilation team of ethnic textbooks is an important force to promote the ethnic textbook construction. In the long term development of the compilation team of ethnic textbooks, its ranks has swelled, and the level of professionalism has increased significantly, making important contributions to the construction of ethnic textbooks and the development of national ethnic education. By sorting out the history of development and analyzing the current situation of the compilation team of ethnic textbooks, it can be found that the team has structural problems such as the insufficient diversity of staff composition and the unreasonable arrangement of personnel echelons, and team development problems such as relatively weak professional research level and limited space for career development. Facing the new requirements for textbook construction in the new era, relevant competent authorities still need to further strengthen the policy guarantees and optimize the mechanism for introducing talents. Various ethnic textbook institutions should also continuously strengthen the team's political and ideological construction and improve the personnel training mechanism to better advance the ethnic textbook cause.
