摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)与微小RNAs(microRNA,miRNA)之间存在相互调控关系。lncRNA可作为一种竞争性内源性RNA(ceRNA)与miRNA相互作用,参与靶基因的表达调控,反之,miRNA可通过RNA诱导沉默复合物(RISC)调控lncRNA发挥生物学功能,两者共同参与多种疾病的发生。近年来的研究表明,lncRNA与miRNA相互作用及对靶基因的表达调控在心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。lncRNA和miRNA之间互相存在一定调控作用,但在心肌缺血再灌注损伤的具体作用机制仍未明确。该文简要综述了lncRNA和miRNA的概念和功能,及两者通过线粒体氧化应激和炎症浸润损伤、心肌细胞自噬、心肌细胞凋亡等作用机制互相调节治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展。
There is a mutual regulatory relationship between long non-coding RNA and microRNA.As a competitive interaction between RNA(ceRNA)and miRNA,lncRNA can participate in the regulation of target gene expression.On the contrary,miRNA can regulate lncRNA through RNA induced silencing complex(RISC).Both of them are involved in the occurrence of a variety of diseases.Recent studies have shown that the interaction between lncRNAs and miRNA and the regulation of target gene expression play an important role in the occurrence and development of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.There is a certain regulatory effect between lncRNA and miRNA,but the specific mechanism of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is still not clear.In this paper,the concepts and functions of lncRNA and miRNA are briefly reviewed,and their mechanisms of oxidative stress and inflammatory infiltration injury,cardiomyocyte autophagy and cardiomyocyte apoptosis in the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury are briefly reviewed.
