近距离采空区下煤巷顶板预应力全锚索支护技术研究 被引量:8

Research on Prestressed Full Anchor Cable Supporting Technology for Roof of Coal Roadway Under Close Goaf

摘要 针对柴里煤矿3上、3下煤层夹矸薄,3上煤层回采后,导致3下煤层顶板破碎严重,巷道顶板下沉量大、工字钢梁变形明显等问题,通过分析原方案支护效果差的影响因素和理论计算提出3种采用加长锚固锚杆(索)联合支护的方案,并运用FLAC3D数值模拟对3种方案进行模拟,并分析对比,选取支护效果最佳的支护方案。经过现场锚杆(索)应力监测及围岩位移变形实测,确定最终支护方案。实践表明,顶板下沉量为200mm,两帮位移为105mm,顶板预应力注浆锚索+两帮预应力锚杆+金属网联合支护可以有效控制围岩变形。 In Chaili Coal Mine,3_上 and 3_下 coal seams are thin with gangue.After 3_上 coal seam was mined,the roof of 3_下 coal seam was seriously broken,the roadway roof subsidence was large and the deformation of I-beam was obvious.Aiming at above problems,through the analysis on the influencing factors of poor supporting effect of original scheme and the theoretical calculation,three combined supporting schemes with lengthened anchor bolts(cables)were proposed,and then were simulated by FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation.After analyzing and comparing the simulation results,the supporting scheme with the best effect was selected.By field stress monitoring of bolt(cable)and field displacement and deformation measurement of surrounding rock,the supporting scheme was finally determined.Practice showed that the roof subsidence was 200 mm,the displacement of two sides was 105 mm,and the combined support of roof pre-stressed grouting anchor cable,two sides prestressed anchor bolt and metal mesh can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.
