基于分组制集体备课制度下消化内科教学改革实践 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨分组制集体备课制度下消化系统疾病教学改革效果。方法采用分组制集体备课,按照任课教师的年资、授课经验等将每3位教师分成一个教学小组,教学小组不定期进行碰头集体备课,从授课PPT的制作、内容的增减、动画的设置、板书的布局等进行逐一“过堂”,经过3人集体讨论并通过后,由小组长负责督促、指导每个组员进行修改和完善,修改后需要再次通过3位小组长的审核,通过后方可进入实际教学活动中。分组制集体备课的效果评估包括教师的自我评价、教学小组成员间的相互评价、教学督导专家反馈、学生反馈以及学生内科学考试中消化系统相关成绩评估五个方面。结果分组制集体备课制度实施以来,教师本人对于授课内容及授课过程的自我评价明显提高,三人制的教学小组备课质量及效率大大提高,教学督导专家的正面反馈明显增加,学生对于授课过程的积极评价显著提高,最终反映学生的学习效果,也就是内科学考试中消化系统的得分也显著提高。结论分组制集体备课制度可以充分发挥集体的智慧与创造性,提高教师的备课质量与效率,不断提升教学效果。 Objective To evaluate the effects of teaching reform of digestive medicine based on the subgroup collective lesson preparation system.Methods According to teachers'seniority,teaching experiences and other standards,all teachers were divided into teaching groups with 3 in each group.Applying subgroup collective lesson preparation,teaching groups met irregularly to make collective lesson preparation including making PowerPoint,adding or deleting content,set-ting animation as well as layout of blackboard-writing.After group discussion and approval of the group members,the group leader was responsible for urging and guiding each group member to modify and improve the content.After modification,the content would be used in actual teaching activities unless three group leaders approved.Effect evaluation of collective lesson preparation in-cluded self-evaluation,mutual evaluation among team members,feedback from teaching supervi-sors,students'feedback,and 5 assessing aspects of digestive medicine related scores in internal medicine examination.Results Since the implementation of subgroup collective lesson prepara-tion,teachers'self-evaluation of teaching contents and teaching process has been improved signifi-cantly,and great improvement was made in the quality and efficiency of lesson preparation in the three-people teaching groups.Besides,more positive feedback were given by teaching supervi-sors,and students expressed significantly better assessment for the teaching process.Therefore,students'learning effects,which are digestive medicine related scores in internal medicine examin-ation,were greatly improved.Conclusion Subgroup collective lesson preparation system can ma-ke full use of collective wisdom and creativity,improve the quality and efficiency of lesson prepar-ation,and constantly improve the teaching effects.
