摘要
运用复合材料力学层合板理论对竹木复合层积材进行结构设计与试验。结果表明:以高密度竹帘胶合板为强化面层,马尾松板材为芯层,采用特殊的二次热压生产工艺,研制出的竹木复合层积材物理、力学性能良好,能够满足铁路平车地板对强度、耐候性、耐磨性、握钉力等性能的特殊要求。
A scientific and reasoned bamboowood composite panel was designed by applying the theory of laminated panel in composite mechanics.Laminated bamboowood composite lumber was formed 3 layers of masson pine boards with two layers of highdensity bamboo curtain boards that are glued in a press under high pressure in advance on top and bottom surfaces.It is a new engineering material with excellent physical and mechanical properties and has been used as rail flat wagon flooring successfully.
