摘要
目的评价神经介入手术应用于脑血管疾病患者的治疗效果。方法将2019年3月-2019年10月在接受治疗的104例脑血管疾病患者,采用随机数字表法均分成两组,对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在此基础上同时予以神经介入手术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后病变血管收缩期流速(Vs)及血管舒张末期流速(Vd)、VAS、NIHSS及ADL评分、血管再通率及治疗后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的病变血管Vs及Vd数值、VAS及NIHSS评分、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,且观察组患者的ADL评分及血管再通率均高于对照组,差异均具有显著统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论神经介入手术对于脑血管疾病患者的治疗效果明显,能有效缓解患者的疼痛,恢复神经功能,降低并发症发生率,提高患者血管再通率与日常生活能力,促进患者快速康复。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of interventional neurosurgery in the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 104 patients with cerebrovascular diseases who were treated in the our hospital from March 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine conventional medication treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given interventional neurosurgery on the basis of the control group.Then the vessel vasomotor velocity(Vs)and end-diastolic velocity(Vd),self-rating anxiety scale,national institute of health stroke scale,activities of daily living,vascular recanalization rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The Vs and Vd values,VAS and NIHSS scores,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The ADL score and vascular recanalization rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Interventional neurosurgery has obvious curative effect on stroke patients,which can effectively relieve patients′pain,restore nerve function,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients′vascular recanalization rate and daily living ability,and promote rapid recovery of patients.
