摘要
目的研究不同的水压力大小以及不同冲洗时间对牙模表面的清洁效果。方法准备25个六倍放大的塑料牙模,将石膏粉调拌至糊状,均匀涂抹0.5mm厚度,凝固后使用微型水泵连接水管进行冲洗。水压力设为1kPa、2kPa、3kPa、5kPa、8kPa,冲洗时间设为10″-50″。结果在水压力为3kPa时结果为2.42±1.32,显著优于其他水压力大小的清洁效果(P<0.05)。冲洗时间为40″时结果为2.78±0.97,清洁效果显著优于冲洗时间为10″-30″(P<0.05)。结论模拟实验结果显示在水压力为3kPa,冲洗时间为40″时,对模型表面的清洁效果最好。
Objective To explore the cleaning effect of different water pressure and different rinsing time on the surface of dental molds.Methods Prepare 25 six-times-enlarged plastic dental molds,mix the gypsum powder to a paste,and evenly apply a thickness of 0.5 mm.After solidification,use a micro water pump to connect the water pipe to rinse.The water pressure is set to 1 kPa-3 kPa,5 kPa,and 8 kPa,and the rinse time is set to 10″-50″.Results When the water pressure is 3 kPa,the result is 2.42±1.32,which is significantly better than other water pressure cleaning effects(P<0.05).When the rinse time is 40″,the result is 2.78±0.97.The cleaning effect is significantly better than the rinse time of 10″-30″(P<0.05).Conclusions Simulation results show that when the water pressure is 3 kPa and the rinse time is 40″,the cleaning effect on the model surface is the best.
