摘要
针对军工行业供应商评价的考核标准单一、人工主观依赖性强问题,本文提出基于AHP的装备招标对象遴选模型。通过分析供应商选择所要涉及的要素及相互关系,建立供应商的评价指标体系。采用层次分析法(AHP)对供应商各指标进行量化打分排序,遴选出满足招标采购要求的供应商范围,为装备招标对象遴选向科学的定量化和规范化方向发展提供依据,支撑机关招标工作的管理决策。
Aiming at the single evaluation criteria and strong subjective dependence of military industry supplier evaluation,this paper proposes an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-based equipment bidding object selection model.By analyzing the factors and interrelationships of supplier selection,the supplier’s evaluation index system is established,and the AHP is used to quantify and sort the supplier’s indicators,and select the supplier scope that meets the bidding procurement requirements.The result provides a basis for the development of the quantification of equipment bidding to the direction of quantification and standardization of science,and supports the management decision-making of the bidding work of the organ.
