摘要
目的分析延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的干预效果。方法抽取本院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例进行对比实验,运用随机数字表将此60例患者分为延续性护理组与传统护理组,每组各有患者60例,对传统护理组患者进行传统护理,延续性护理组则进行延续性护理,分析两组患者的生活质量、再入院情况、护理满意度。结果实施延续性护理的延续性护理组患者,其躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分、物质功能评分均优于传统护理组,其护理满意度高传统护理组,再入院率低于传统护理组,两组三项观察指标差异均为显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施延续性护理,可从患者躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质功能四方面提升患者生活质量水平,并减少患者再入院,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,可在临床护理工作中大力推广引用。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected for the comparative experiment.The 60 patients were divided into the continuing nursing group and the traditional nursing group by random number table.Each group had 60 patients.The traditional nursing group was given traditional nursing care,while the continuing nursing group was given continuing nursing care.The quality of life and the quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Hospital admission and nursing satisfaction.Result In the continuing nursing group,the physical function score,psychological function score,social function score and material function score were better than those in the traditional nursing group.The nursing satisfaction of the traditional nursing group was higher,and the re-admission rate was lower than that of the traditional nursing group.There were significant differences in the three observation indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for COPD patients can improve the quality of life of patients from four aspects:physical function,social function,psychological function and material function,reduce readmission of patients,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing service.It can be widely used in clinical nursing work.
