激励式教学在普外科教学中的作用 被引量:4

The Effect of Encouraging Teaching on Clinical Interns in General Surgery

摘要 目的分析激励式教学对普外科临床实习生学习积极性及教学效果的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院进行普外科临床实习的64例实习医生,按随机序列法,分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),对照组行常规教学,观察组额外应用激励式教学,持续5个月。对比两组实习医生学习积极性以及学习效果,学习效果以理论得分和实践得分表达。结果观察组实习医生的学习积极性为96.88%(31/32),对照组为75.00%(24/32),两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习医生理论得分(42.7±3.1)分,实践得分(41.8±2.7)分,对照组实习医生理论得分(33.1±3.2)分,实践得分(34.8±2.9)分。两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励式教学的运用,可提升普外科临床实习生学习积极性及教学效果,实现实习医生理论能力和实践能力的综合提升。 Objective To analyze the influence of incentive teaching on the learning enthusiasm and teaching effect of clinical interns in general surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,64 interns were selected for clinical practice of general surgery in our hospital.According to the random sequence method,they were divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The control group was given routine teaching and the observation group was given additional incentive teaching for 5 months.The learning enthusiasm and learning effect of the two groups were compared.The learning effect was expressed by theoretical score and practical score.Results The study enthusiasm of the interns in the observation group was 96.88%(31/32)and that in the control group was 75.00%(24/32).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical score of interns in the observation group was(42.7±3.1),the practical score was(41.8±2.7),the theoretical score of interns in the control group was(33.1±3.2),and the practical score was(34.8±2.9).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,t=12.189,9.993).Conclusion The application of incentive teaching can improve the learning enthusiasm and teaching effect of clinical interns in general surgery,and realize the comprehensive improvement of theoretical and practical abilities of interns.
