摘要
城镇化高质量是实现经济高质量发展的重要内容和重要基础,从经济发展、科技创新、基础设施、生态环境、城乡一体和居民生活方面,提出新时代背景下城镇化高质量评价指标体系,并以山东省17地市为研究对象,采用各地市的统计数据,考虑多指标间的协调发展,用改进的TOPSIS法对各市的城镇化高质量发展水平进行实证分析,研究结果表明,山东省城市间的发展差距较大,青岛市和济南市得分较高,菏泽市最低,且排名在前的沿海城市占绝大部分,内陆城市排名靠后。
The high quality of urbanization is an important content and basis for realizing high quality economic development.From the aspects of economic development,scientific and technological innovation,infrastructure,ecological environment,urban and rural integration and resident life,this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of urbanization high quality monitoring under the new era background.Taking 17 cities in Shandong Province as the research object,the statistical data of each city are used,and the coordination among multiple indicators is considered.The results show that there is a big gap between cities in Shandong Province.Qingdao and Jinan have a higher score,Heze has the lowest score,and the coastal cities in the top rank account for the vast majority,while inland cities rank the lowest.
