摘要 目的探讨酸性氧化电位水替代75%乙醇消毒液应用于破伤风皮试消毒的可行性,为降低破伤风皮试假阳性率提供依据。方法试验组:选择前臂下段尺侧皮肤为试验区域,采用酸性氧化电位水消毒皮肤,进行破伤风(thrombin AT-Ⅲ complex,TAT)皮试,观察判断皮试结果,若出现皮试阳性者,则在同一人对侧前臂下段尺侧皮肤同法消毒后皮内注射等量生理盐水做对照试验。对照组:采用75%乙醇消毒液消毒皮肤,皮试方法同前。结果假阳性率试验组2.7%,对照组12.3%,对照组假阳性率高于试验组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸性氧化电位水引起假阳性的发生率明显低于75%乙醇消毒液,且无过敏反应发生。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of using acidic oxidizing potential water instead of 75% ethanol disinfectant in the disinfection of tetanus skin test, and to provide a basis for selecting a more suitable skin test disinfectant. Methods The test group: the ulnar skin of the lower forearm was selected as the test area, and the skin was disinfected with acidic oxidation potential water. Conduct a Thrombin AT-III complex skin test. Observe and judge the skin test results. If there is a positive skin test, the same person will be intradermally injected with the same amount of normal saline after disinfection of the ulnar skin of the lower forearm on the opposite side of the same person as a control test. The control group was disinfected the skin with 75% ethanol disinfectant. The skin test is the same as before. Results The false-positive rate was 2.7% in the test group and 12.3% in the control group. The false-positive rate in the control group was higher than the test group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of false positives caused by acidic oxidation potential water was significantly lower than that of 75% ethanol disinfectant, and no allergic reaction occurred.
