摘要
通过建立摆动类推拿(法)多刚体生物力学模型,对摆动类推拿(法)操作过程中各主要部位进行运动学和动力学分析。应用螺旋CT扫描成像方法对推拿实施者进行上肢的CT扫描,采用Mimics软件从断层影像数据中构建上肢的三维模型,并进行实体重建。分析各部分的运动和受力情况。最后得出建立摆动类推拿(法)的生物力学模型可对中医法操作过程中上肢的运动和受力进行较好的定量分析的结论。
By establishing a multi-rigid body biomechanical model of swing-like massage(gun fa),the kinematics and dynamics analysis of main parts during the operation of swing-like massage(gun fa)were performed.Spiral CT scan imaging method was used to perform CT scan of the upper limbs of the receptors,and Mimics software was applied to construct a three-dimensional model of the upper limbs from the tomographic image data and perform solid reconstruction.The movement and stress of each part were analyzed.Finally,it was concluded that the establishment of a biomechanical model of swing-like massage(gun fa)can perform a better quantitative analysis of the movement and stress of the upper limbs during the operation of traditional Chinese medicine massage(gun fa).
