摘要
为了研究传热方式对温度传感器动态特性的影响,通过时间常数理论推导分析传热方式与温度传感器动态特性的关系,并对不同传热方式下温度传感器的动态特性进行分析。分别建立对流传热和辐射传热方式下温度传感器的传热模型,采用油浴法和脉冲激光法对热电偶时间常数进行测试。测试结果表明:该热电偶在对流传热和辐射传热方式下的时间常数测试值分别为1. 2 s和6. 2 s,可以看出传热方式直接影响温度传感器的动态特性,最后通过时间常数测试值与理论计算值的比较,验证了传热模型的合理性。
In order to study the influences of the heat transfer modes on the dynamic characteristics of temperature sensors,the relationship between the heat transfer mode and the dynamic characteristics of temperature sensors was derived by the theory of time constant,and the dynamic characteristics of temperature sensors were analyzed under different heat transfer modes. The heat transfer models of the temperature sensors were established with the modes of convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer,and the thermocouple time constant were tested via the oil bath method and the pulsed laser method. The test results showed that the time constant test values of the thermocouple in convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer mode are 1. 2 s and 6. 2 s respectively. It can be seen that the heat transfer mode directly affects the dynamic characteristics of the temperature sensor,and finally the rationality of the heat transfer model can be verified by comparing the test values and the theoretical calculations values.
