摘要
基于Workbench平台,针对用于秸秆沼气工程中生物质搅拌的某型号桨式搅拌器原始支撑结构及两种优化支撑结构方案进行仿真分析,通过合理识别边界约束和载荷条件,获取原始结构方案、中部结构优化方案及双重结构优化方案数值模拟结果。由计算结果可得,双重结构优化方案相较于原始结构方案形变量幅值降低53. 44%,应力最大值降低45. 70%。
Based on the Workbench platform,the original support structure of a certain type of a paddle stirrer and two optimized support structure schemes used for biomass mixing in straw biogas engineering are simulated and analyzed,and rationally simplifies the application of boundary constraints and load conditions. The numerical simulation results of the original structural scheme,the central structural optimization scheme and the dual structural optimization scheme are obtained. According to the results,compared with the original structure scheme,the dual structure optimization scheme is lowered 53. 44% in the amplitute of deformation 45. 7% in maximum value of stress.
