摘要
目的评估医务人员对药学部药学服务满意度,探寻影响药学部药学服务满意度的因素。方法设计药学服务满意度调查问卷,对全院医务人员进行问卷调查,并分析调查结果。结果医务人员对门诊药房与住院药房取药流程、取药时间、服务态度、咨询回复、发药准确率、病区药品检查方法与病区药品检查效果等药学服务满意度均比较高(>90%),发药准确率与病区药品检查效果满意度为其中最低2项。医务人员对临床药师总体工作满意度较高(95.2%),主动咨询临床药师、接受咨询建议与采纳用药方案比例亦较高(>90%),但科室需要临床药师的比例较低(84.7%)。医师与护士间对上述药学服务满意度基本无差异。结论医务人员对药学部药学服务满意度比较高,但发药准确率与病区药品检查效果可能是影响医务人员评价药学部药学服务满意度的因素。临床科室需要临床药师的比例较低。
Objective To assess the satisfaction with pharmacy services in medical personnel(clinicians and nurses),and explore the key factors deceasing the satisfaction.Methods Pharmacist designed,interpreted and distributed satisfaction questionnaire for pharmacy services.Data were analyzed with statistical software GraphPad 8.3.Results Medical personnel showed>90%satisfaction with pharmacy services such as drug-fetch process,drug-fetch time,service attitude,consultation reply,dispensing accuracy,ward drug examination methods and effects,clinical pharmacist work.Also,medical personnel showed>90%satisfaction with active consultation with clinical pharmacist,acceptance of counseling advice and medication regimen.However,dispensing accuracy and ward drug examination effects were the lower than other indices,and demand for clinical pharmacist was the lowest(84.7%).No significance was found between clinicians and nurses.Conclusion Medical personnel showed the high satisfaction with pharmacy services but dispensing accuracy and ward drug examination effects were the possible key factors deceasing the satisfaction.Demand for clinical pharmacist was the lowest.
