摘要
目的探讨透邪解毒止痒汤辅助常规血液净化治疗维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的效果。方法选取2017年6月-2017年12月医院收治的维持性血液透析患者60例,将其按照随机数字法分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规血液净化治疗,观察组采用透邪解毒止痒汤辅助常规血液净化治疗,统计对比治疗前后两组患者的皮肤瘙痒程度。结果治疗前两组患者的皮肤瘙痒程度没有明显差异(P> 0. 05),治疗后4、8、12周观察组患者的皮肤瘙痒程度均低于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论针对维持性血液透析患者应用透邪解毒止痒汤辅助常规血液净化治疗,可以有效降低患者的皮肤瘙痒程度,减轻患者痛苦,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Touxie Jiedu Zhiyang Decoction Decoction assisted with routine blood purification in the treatment of skin pruritus of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods From June 2017 to December 2017,60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method.The control group was treated with routine blood purification,and the observation group was treated with Touxie Jiedu Zhiyang Decoction assisted with routine blood purification. Results There was no significant difference in the degree of pruritus between the two groups before treatment (P > 0. 05). Conclusion The application of Touxie Jiedu Zhiyang Decoction in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis can effectively reduce the degree of pruritus and the pain of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
