蒲公英对急性高尿酸血症大鼠的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Pugongying(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.) on Acute Hyperuricemia Rats

摘要 目的蒲公英具有利尿通淋作用而国内并无其关于抗高尿酸血症的文献报道,研究蒲公英不同极性成分对急性高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸水平的影响。方法以氧嗪酸钾联合次黄嘌呤给药构建大鼠急性高尿酸血症模型,采用生化分析仪检测血尿酸浓度变化。结果与空白对照组和阴性对照组对比,蒲公英不同极性提取物的高、中、低剂量组血清尿酸含量均显著下降(P<0.01)。与阳性对照组对比,乙酸乙酯组高剂量及中剂量有显著性差异(P<0.01),分别为(538.20±152.88)μmoL·L-1和(506.40±104.50)μmoL·L-1。结论蒲公英乙酸乙酯提取物对急性高尿酸血症大鼠具有良好的降尿酸作用。 Objective Pugongying(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.) has the effect of promoting urine and relieving stranguria but there was no literature about its anti-hyperuricemia research at home. The article was to research the effects of Pugongying(T. Hand.-Mazz.) on blood uric acid of acute hyperuricemia rats. Methods The rat models of acute hyperuricemia were induced by potassium oxonate with hypoxanthine, and we tested the blood uric acid by biochemistry analyzer. Results The different polar extracts of Pugongying(T. Hand.-Mazz.) had significant reduction of the serum uric acid content comparing with blank group and model group(P<0.01). The ethyl acetate high-dose and medium-dose groups can significantly reduce the uric acid content comparing with control group(P<0.01). The uric acid contents in ethyl acetate high-dose group and medium-dose group were(538.20±152.88)μmol·L-1 and(506.40±104.50)μmol·L-1,respectively. Conclusion The ethyl acetate extracts in Pugongying(T. Hand.-Mazz.) can significantly reduce the serum uric acid level in acute hyperuricemia rats.
