摘要
分析了煤矿井下带式输送机跑偏的原因,设计了一种光电式的有源纠偏装置,并对跑偏检测的传感器进行了二级响应设计,对系统的控制器控制方案进行了设计,结合纠偏装置的应用实例,从三个方面对纠偏装置的设计和应用给出了相应的建议,以确保带式输送机安全生产。
This paper analyzes the reason of belt conveyor run ning deviation in coal mine,designs a kind of photoelectric active rectifying device,designs the sensor of running deviation detection,designs the controller control scheme of the system,combines the application example of rectifying device,and gives the corresponding suggestion to the design and application of rectifying device from three aspects to ensure the safe production of belt conveyor.
