摘要
针对屯兰矿采煤机以往采用的传统电缆翻转装置存在结构复杂,连接线稳定性较差,在实际应用过程中对电缆固定不够稳固等问题,设计了一种新型采煤机电缆翻转装置。该装置可以通过液压伸缩杆带动翻转盘转动,从而带动固定在翻转盘上的电缆进行转动,解决了人工翻转电缆时工作效率低的问题,整体结构较为安全简单,实践应用效果理想。
A new type of cable turning device for shearer is designed in view of the problems of complicated structure,poor stability of connection line and insufficient stability of cable fixing in practical application process.The device can drive the turning table by hydraulic telescopic rod,thus driving the cable fixed on the turning disc to rotate,solving the problem of low working efficiency when manually turning the cable,the whole structure is relatively safe and simple,and the practical application effect is ideal.
