摘要
针对矿用MG型采煤机拖缆时移动困难、断缆等情况,大同煤矿集团白洞矿业有限公司通过技术研究,分析了采煤机传统拖缆装置在使用过程中主要存在的问题,并根据实际情况对拖缆装置进行优化改进。通过实际应用表明,优化改进后的拖缆装置结构稳定、故障率低,拖缆效果好,可满足综采工作面安全高效生产。
In view of the difficulty of moving and breaking cable when towing cable of mine MG type shearer,through technical research,Datong Coal Mine Group Baidong Mining Co.,Ltd.has analyzed the main problems existing in the use of traditional towing cable device of shearer,and optimized and improved the towing cable device according to the actual situation.The practical application shows that the optimized improved cable towing device has stable structure,low failure rate and good cable towing effect,which can meet the safety and efficient production of fully mechanized mining face.
