摘要
针对传统的煤矿主扇通风系统多采用人工控制,系统可靠性低,且主扇风机采用直接启动方式等缺点,设计了一种基于PLC和变频器的煤矿主扇通风系统。该系统可实时监测主扇风机的风量、压力、温度等参数,实现了变频运行,平滑调速。经实际运行测试,系统运行稳定,功能丰富,实现了自动化控制和变频运行。
In view of the shortcomings of traditional coal mine main fan ventilation system,such as manual control,low system reliability,and direct start mode of main fan,a coal mine main fan ventilation system based on PLC and frequency converter is designed,which can monitor the air volume,pressure,temperature and other parameters of main fan in real time,and the fan can realize frequency conversion operation and smooth speed regulation.Through the actual operation test,the system runs stably and has rich functions,realizing the automatic control and frequency conversion operation.
