摘要
高校肩负着培养高素质新世纪人才的重大历史使命,高校青年学生法律素养的高低直接影响着我国法治社会的建设。因此,在自媒体时代背景下,高校如何利用自媒体时代的优势加强对青年学生法治思维的培养是当前高校所应关注的重要问题。为促进高校在自媒体时代背景下培养青年学生的法治思维,笔者以《自媒体下高校青年学生法治思维培养研究》为课题,从自媒体相关概念解析入手,对自媒体下培养高校青年学生法治思维的必要性和重要性进行了全方位、深层次地探析,并在此基础上全面而深入地探究了自媒体下培养高校青年学生法治思维的策略,给出了笔者具有代表性的个人建议。
Colleges and universities shoulder the important historical mission of training high-quality talents in the new cen-tury.The legal literacy of young college students directly affects the construction of the rule of law society in China.Therefore,in the context of the era of self media,how to make use of the advantages of the era of self media to strengthen the cultivation of young students'legal thinking is an important issue that colleges and universities should pay attention to.In order to promote the cultivation of young students'legal thinking under the background of the era of self media,the author takes the research on the cultivation of young students'legal thinking under self media as the subject,starting from the analysis of the relevant con-cepts of self media,makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the necessity and importance of cultivating young stu-dents'legal thinking under self media,and on this basis,makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis This paper probes into the strategies of cultivating young college students'thinking of rule of law under the self media,and gives the representative personal suggestions of the author.
