黄芪及其发酵物对碘缺乏大鼠海马肝脏抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Radix Astragali Formulations on Antioxidant Capacity of Hippocampus and Liver in Wistar Rats Induced by Iodine Deficiency

摘要 目的:研究黄芪及其发酵物对碘缺乏大鼠海马和肝脏组织氧化损伤的保护作用,以期筛选出药效最佳的黄芪制剂。方法:采用喂养碘缺乏饲料(碘含量约为20μg·kg-1)复制碘缺乏大鼠模型,进行Morris水迷宫实验,观察黄芪制剂对大鼠学习记忆的保护作用;并对各剂量组海马组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定,以及大鼠肝脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的测定。结果:黄芪及其发酵物可明显改善碘缺乏所致的学习记忆障碍,提高CAT活力和降低MDA含量,增强SOD和GSH-Px活性,以黄芪发酵制剂的作用最为显著。结论:黄芪及其发酵物对碘缺乏大鼠海马和肝脏氧化损伤具有保护作用,黄芪发酵制剂的作用最佳。 Objective:To study the protective effects of radix astragali and its fermented formulations on oxidative impairment of hippocampal and liver tissues in iodine deficient rats,the best efficacy of radix astragali preparation will be selected.Methods:The model of lodine deficient rats was reproduced by received iodine deficient diet(iodine content about 20ug kg-1),and the radix astragali formulations were used for gavage treatment.The protective effects of radix astragali formulations on learing and memory impairment in rats was observed using Morris water maze,the catalase(CAT)activities and the malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in hippocampus,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in liver were measured.Results:Radix astragali formulations could improve the impairments of memory with lodine deficiency,and increase the catalase(CAT)activities and the malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in hippocampus,and prolong the SOD and GSH-Px activities.The most significant role of which is radix astragali fermented formulations.Conclusion:Radix astragali formulations showed protective effects on oxidative impairment of hippocampal and liver tissues of rats with iodine deficient,and radix astragali fermented formulations is the most significant.
