摘要
通过对柳钢六台板坯连铸机生产工艺和结晶器工况进行对比研究,分析了7#板坯铸机生产低碳系列钢种出现铸坯侧面鼓肚和铸坯的边角部挂钢纵裂原因。通过调整侧辊喷淋喷嘴型号,改善结晶器出口坯壳冷却效率,增加宽面铜板夹紧力,加强角缝检查清理等措施,解决了铸坯侧面鼓肚和铸坯的边角部挂钢纵裂问题。
Based on the comparative study of the production technology and mould condition of six slab caster in willow steel,this paper analyzes the causes of the longitudinal crack of the corner hanging steel of the billet casting machine in the production of low carbon series steel in the 7# slab caster.By adjusting the model of the side roller sprinkler nozzle,improving the cooling efficiency of the mold outlet of the mould,increasing the clamping force of the wide surface copper plate,strengthening the angle seam inspection and cleaning and other measures,the longitudinal crack problem of the corner hanging steel of the side drum belly and the casting billet of the billet is solved.
